Everyday AI Lab does not run a public inbox at this stage of the site — instead, the fastest way to reach us is through the comment section on the article, tutorial or review you have a question about. This keeps feedback attached to the content it relates to, so the right context is there when we review it.
What to include
When you leave a comment, it helps to mention which tool, model or version you are asking about, what you tried and what happened, and, if you are pointing out an error, a reference we can check the claim against. That lets us verify and correct faster than a general message would.
What we use comments for
- Corrections: factual errors, outdated pricing or features, broken steps in a tutorial.
- Tips: a tool, workflow or prompt technique you think is worth covering.
- Questions: clarifications on something we wrote, when the answer might help other readers too.
What we can't help with
We're an editorial site, not a support desk for the products we cover — for account issues, billing or technical support with a specific AI tool, the provider's own help center will get you a faster and more authoritative answer than we can.
Response times
Comments are reviewed periodically rather than in real time, so please allow a few days for a reply, especially on less recent articles. Comments are moderated to filter spam and abuse before they appear publicly, but that moderation step doesn't need to finish before we start looking into what you raised.
Corrections take priority
Of everything listed above, corrections get looked at first. If a tutorial step is broken or a price has changed since we published, that affects every reader who lands on the page after you, so flagging it helps more people than just yourself.
